Glossary of Terms

Spelling
There are hundreds of newly created words on the Libertocracy site, and many others whose spelling has been changed for ideological reasons. The purpose of using new words, phrases and definitions is to be particular in my statements and to create a new perspective on the subject. So if you encounter other words spelled in a different way than is usual, it may be a political statement. The spelling of womon and womin identifies natural females, as opposed to we-men (females impersonating men) and feminazis (which some call gender feminists or radical feminists) along with femon and femin which identify feminine womin or natural feminists. If you notice words usually ending in the suffix (-or) such as actor, visitor, neighbor spelled acter, visiter and neighber it is because (-or) is masculine and (-er) is gender neutral.

I try not to use powerful words like government, law enforcement, law and justice to describe the crimes of the state. Like Albert Jay Nock, I differentiate between legitimate government, i.e. consensual governing of social activities from the state which is as Nock said is "anti-social". That's why I call the state what it is, a criminal organization, a political cartel. All legitimate law is based on natural law, founded on individual sovereignty, political statutes and regulations are merely violence with a badge stuck on it.

There were no public, government judges in ancient Ireland as there was no state. There was no monopoly over the courts, anyone could become a brehon by gaining knowledge of law and a good reputation that lead people to trust in one's decisions. The brehons were not enforcers, they simply provided the service of judging a case and leaving enforcement to the system of sureties backed by one's kinsman.

Femininity is the term used for those unique and exclusive qualities of femin, their psyche, personality, spirit, and relations with their environment and other people and things. It includes ideas, philosophy, art, work and the ways in which a femon performs actions and roles in life.
Things are not feminine, we never refer to an object as feminine, i.e.; a feminine room. Some people may say a feminine dress, but this would only be acceptable in referring to the way in which the femin is dressed, the way in which she presents herself, not the dress itself. A feminine sport refers not to the sport itself but the way in which femin play the sport.
The terms femininity and feminine belong exclusively to human females, never to males or lower animals or things. A more thorough definition can be found here.

Feminism - (Natural Feminism) The political and social philosophy that believes in the full equal right and opportunity of girls and womin to express their femininty in all things in a society where femin may live a uniquely feminine life and be respected for it.

Gender - 1. Sex refers to immutable biological traits while gender is the social meaning given to sex differences. Gender is the extension or deviation from biological sex traits. Sex is Biological, Gender is Sociological
2.
Sexual identity, especially in relation to society or culture. 3. Refers to sex-based categories, as in phrases such as gender gap and the politics of gender. This usage is supported by the practice of many anthropologists, who reserve sex for reference to biological categories, while using gender to refer to social or cultural categories of males and females.
According to this rule, one would say, The equality and uniqueness of rights between the sexes is based on biological, innate characteristics of maleness and femaleness, while gender is acquired socio-cultural behaviors and roles learned by males and females. Gender always refers to different male and female identities, behaviors and roles as is always tied to sex identity. Different jobs or positions on an athletic team are not genders, though different genders of men and womin may perform those jobs or positions and make them their own according to unique gender behavior. When referring to natural behavior, innate qualities or roles we use the term sex roles, sex behavior, e.g.; sex roles within the family refers to natural roles while gender roles refers to learned socio-cultural roles which are invented. Sex roles may be learned but are based on nature and are an enhancement and an extension of innate qualities and tendencies.
   4. Different expressions, deviations or perversions of sex role behavior.
Some androgynists define gender as "a relationship, not a preformed category of beings or a possession that one can have. Gender is the relation between variously constituted categories of men and women, differentiated by nation, generation, class, lineage, color, and much else." - Donna J. Haraway

A Handicapped Person has some impairment or dysfunction of some part of one's body, but is not helpless and is able to move under one's own power or is able to control mechanisms that aid in movement, work at some occupation, provide for oneself, solicit or ask for services and do those things that are necessary for caring for oneself on a daily basis.

Homosodomite (homosexual) - In nature there's no such thing as "homosexual," the term is an oxymoron, homo means man or same, sexual means the relations between males and females for reproduction, and sexuality by definition applies to relations and feeling between the two sexes. The two terms homo and sexual are mutually exclusive, as homo means same and sexual by definition means separate, different. The term "homosexual" is only used as derogatory epithet for a perversion of sexuality. Believing one to be a "homosexual" is a mental illness closely related to Gender Identity Disorder. What's really perverse is how people are turning against their own nature as human beings. All humans are naturally sexual which by definition means mating between the TWO sexes. In nature there is sexual and asexual reproduction, there is no "homosexual" reproduction, such a concept is an impossibly and belief in it is an indication of mental illness.

Natural law
The concept of a body of rules, moral principles--a system of justice that is common to all humankind and, as generally posited, is recognizable by human reason alone.
