FSUTO Membership
1. Requirments for a FSUTO Member
(A) Any human being, without discrimination because of reasons listed in CH.3,Art.1 of the
Librademian Constitution, my become a FSUTO member. In addition, no one is denied
civilzenship because of past criminal behavior or current incarceration because of a crime
or institutionalization because of mental illness.
(bb) A person who is a citizen (subject) of a state may become a FSUTO member as may
holders of political offices in the state (after one has signed the Libercratic Coalition Contract).
(cc) A child who is old enough to sign a contract with one's parent's consent or express a
desire to become a FSUTO member and have the child's parent or guardian sign the contract
for the child may become a FSUTO member.
(dd) The only requirements for membership are:
[aaa] To fully read and understand all of the FSUTO treaties
and Essays and then sign the FSUTO Treaties of choice.
[bbb] If the prospective member is a citizen (subject) of the state, to fully read,
understand and sign the Libercratic Coalition Contract.
[ccc] The prospective member must have signed a contract
insurance policy and with full and honest disclosure have allowed full access to all
of one's assets by a certified trustee that both the prospective member and the FSUTO
authorities have accepted, or have liability insurance; or the surety of an insurer who
vouches for the person(s).
[eee] The prospective member must agree to use an electronic currency method which has
been approved by the the FSUTO-FET and
is transferable with ekwhes and to use ekwhes as
a facilitator for all of one's financial transactions within FSUTO jurisdiction.
(B) Renouncing membership:
(aa) To renounce one's membership all one has to do is to sign a declaration
formally renouncing one's FSUTO membership.
(bb) A person who has committed a crime, is liable for damages in a litigation suit, has
incurred debts or has been booked on suspicion of a crime or is under subpoena to appear
in court or is under any other court order or legal obligation is still fully obligated to
fulfill those obligations as they are the result of one's original contractual agreement
of which one is not relieved by renouncing membership until the obligations have been
fulfilled.
(cc) The former member may take all of one's property, that one possessed upon entering
into membership and all property that was legally acquired during membership, that has no
contractual obligation placed on it, with one when one's renounces membership. Possible
obligations are.
(C) Revocation of Membership
(aa) [aaa] Once a person consents to become a FSUTO member, there is no
possible way that one can be stripped of one's civilzenship against one's will. [bbb]
A person who is guilty of violating IGT;Sec.VI,Chapters
4-8 will be considered to have betrayed FSUTO and thereby chosen to give up
membership, said member may then be expelled from FSUTO as a hostile alien.
4. Visitors to FSUTO
(A) (aa) An alien (non-FSUTO member) entering into FSUTO jurisdiction does not
need a passport nor a visa to enter FSUTO space (bb) however an alien may need
permission from a sovereign government to enter its jurisdiction in the form of a visa
which may be obtained from the sovereign government. (cc) The alien must have contract
insurance and be prepared to show proof of contract insurance coverage upon entering
FSUTO jurisdiction or while within FSUTO spaces.
(B) Aliens who have demonstrated a potential threat to FSUTO or its members or alliance
partners may be denied admittance. (C) Aliens who attempt to illegally enter FSUTO may be
arrested and prosecuted.
