Prohibited Material Contract
Prohibited behaviors and matter that are necessary for the functioning
of a civilized and morally decent society

1. Signatories to this contract agree to create a public environment which is free of the following offensive material and behaviors:

You may not: (a) defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy) of others; (b) conduct or forward spam, illegal contests, fraudulent scams, pyramid schemes or chain letters; (c) sell or advertise stolen goods or enable the trafficking in stolen goods; (d) publish, post, distribute, disseminate or link to any inappropriate, defamatory, copyright infringing, obscene, or promote any website that he is unlawful under the laws of Librademia or FSUTO, or that is not allowed by the Prohibited Material Contract.

You may not; (d) post or link to software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy, or other proprietary rights, unless you own, control such rights or have received all necessary consents for your use of such software and other materials; (e) software or other material that contains viruses, corrupted files, or that may or are intended to damage the operation of another's computer e.g., "cracks" or other programs written to defeat the security measures of any computer, system or programs).

You may not harvest or otherwise collect information about third parties without the express consent of the person involved.

It is prohibited to display images or to impose hate speech or other displays that insult, demean, express bigotry for the following social groups or defame their identities or show disrespect for them in ways which diminish their opportunities to exercise their rights or infringe upon their ability to enjoy a peaceful life free from such offensive matter:

2. Humanity
(A) (aa) We will not tolerate the indignity of the individual person being subjected to coercive tactics that attempt to diminish the individual to mere property of institutions or harass individuals into a condition where the individual is subjugated into service to the common group.
(bb) It is forbidden to promote or glorify crime or any criminal act or criminal organization or to glorify a person because of one being a criminal.
(cc) Portrayals which degrade humanity in general or pervert the clearly accepted understanding of human nature upon which is based all human rights is prohibited.

(B) (aa) Glorifying or attempting to justify the existence of the political-state or making excuses for the state's crimes against humanity will not be tolerated. No one may promote or glorify any particular state or any function of the state.e.g.; the military, police, office holders, agencies, programs, policies, etc.
(bb) All promotion, celebration or support for any political-state, current or historical, is prohibited; this includes a ban on the display of statist flags, seals or other symbols, including national, extra-national, provincial, city, county, military and state entities (e.g.; departments, agencies). (cc) The playing or singing of national anthems and other pro-statist or pro-military music is prohibited. (dd) It is prohibited to display or promote any symbol, statue, emblem or idol that glorifies or supports any political-state, their military or agencies.

(C) Glorifying war will absolutely not be tolerated; this includes celebrating or attempting to justify war or the existence of the military. We will not tolerate glorifying terrorists as war heroes, there are no war heroes only war criminals, there may be heroes in war but no war heroes. The action of soldiers killing other soldiers may be portrayed as justified and heroic only in defense of innocent people, trying to justify acts in war as being in defense of the nation-state is prohibited. Only individuals who participate in wars to defend innocent people or individual rights, destroy a more evil political regime or as none-combatants who try to save lives may be celebrated. Soldiers who do not defend anyone but choose to kill other soldiers, but not innocent people, are neither heroes nor necessarily evil, they are simply animals killing other animals.
It is most condemned to promote or tolerate any notion that war or its concomitant crimes against humanity that are the mechanism for and enforcement of political tyranny is in defense of freedom or anyone's rights. Prohibited is the promotion of the military or war which exists at anytime, including in the past, is or was justified in the cause of national defense or any other form of ethnic-cultural tyranny.

3. Family
Prohibited is anything that degrades the natural family or the roles of its members.
One may not portray the family in ways which seek to degrade its heterosexual marriage based union. Forbidden is any attack on the natural roles and identity of mothers and fathers or any harassment or propaganda which seeks to diminish their supreme importance in society. Particularly condemned is telling children that the roles of mother and father are interchangeable or may be substituted for some non-family member, or that there are no different roles for a mother or father. All of these examples are hateful and intolerant attacks upon the identity of humans as family members and on the wellbeing of society because of the fundamental importance of the family roles.

4. Sexes
We will not tolerate any form of propaganda against the identity and rights of the sexes that is hateful, degrading, demeaning of their place and roles in society or discriminatory against their natural rights or espouses hatred or contempt for normal men and women and their roles and behavioral traits.   
   Denying recognition and respect for the self evident reality that males and and females have their own natures, their own biologically based behavior, and their own unique rights and needs will not be tolerated.
   Most condemned is the inhuman and fundamentally immoral degradation of viodisex (combative activities between the sexes), its display or promotion of any form of combative activities between the sexes or other types of combative behavior, which includes; fighting, military training or combat involving the sexes together, contact sports, sexual violence or any simulated form of combat or violence which takes the above described activities or others which are similar and acts out combat or aggression in video games, virtual reality or simply in acting. We will not tolerate any glorification or popularizing of those said barbaric behaviors.
   The battle of the sexes hateful incitement of social conflict will absolutely not be tolerated as is claiming that the private choices of some individuals are a competition between the sexes.
   Prohibited is any demeaning harassment that infringes upon the identity of or seeks to pervert or diminish the natural moral relationship between the sexes.
   Banned is an form of androgynism, the display or promotion of the same or any attack or disrespect for the natural rights and roles of the sexes.

5. Sexuality
Nudity and depictions of sexual acts are banned in public.
Denigrating sexuality is prohibited; which includes depictions or descriptions of behavior that is degrading of normal, natural, moral sexuality, is vulgar or obscene which includes; sado-masochism, popularizing dimatracine, demeaning femin, performing acts that are dirty, bestiality or insults against good moral sexuality.
   No one may label natural moral sexuality or the natural human body which is displayed in a positive manner as pornographic or call it filthy or dirty or other insults. In particular personal insults will not be tolerated against femin, or men, who pose nude in a manner that is not imposed on the public and is not clearly degrading. Words such as liscensous, salacious, vulgar, obscene, smut, filth and other similar terms may only be applied to behaviors that are clearly in the determination of community standards to be pornographic, unnatural, degrading or immoral. None of these terms may be applied to healthy erotica that appeals to normal heterosexual people. Community standards may not pervert the perception of natural sexuality but must be adapted to it. Calling natural, moral heterosexual depictions or descriptions by insulting epithets or calling unmarried sexual relationships fornication or other insults with not be tolerated.
Child pornography is banned in private as well as in public.
Promotion or solicitation of prostitution is banned in public.
Respect for [hetero]sexuality as a natural, preferred behavior must be maintained, any equation between [hetero]sexuality and homosodomy is prohibited.
   While being good and healthy, positive erotica or other sexual material which depicts or describes sexual acts or shows nudity should not be displayed in public nor should media containing adult material be placed so as to allow children access to it, nor may it be imposed on the general public. Because of the need for privacy and to uphold a measure of modesty and because its inappropriate for children, images of the nude body and sexation should be kept either private or if offered in a public space it must be segregated for adults only away from the vision and access of children. Community standards may allow exceptions for certain artistic images and educational materials.

6. Personal Unions
Matriage, marriage and other certified legally recognized exclusively heterosexual relationships may not be perverted, defamed nor suffer to be identified with homosexuality in a way. Other related terms such as; wedding, bride, bridegroom, nuptials, husband, wife, spouses and other legally recognized exclusively [hetero]sexual relationships are also protected.
Other certified legally recognized personal contractual relationships, besides matriage or marriage, are to be respected in the culture.
No one may discredit or demean non-connubial sexual relationships that are moral and doesn't commit infidelity to any person.

7. Femin
It is prohibited to display or describe anti-feminine images or other material or to express intolerance for or to demean or attempt to pervert the image of natural femininity.
In particular it is forbidden to display material, visual, written or otherwise representational, that includes; amazons or other portrayals of violent, combative, pugilistic or militant females, particularly banned is females fighting, females in the military or participating in any form of military activity, females behaving in extremely faux-masculine ways where she has abandoned or rebelled against her feminine traits, or that promotes aggression to females or talks about females in general behaving in aggressive ways, depicts females rejecting feminine roles in the family or society, women that are contemptuous or hateful toward men, children, the family, portrays females engaging in clearly masculine competitive sports and other activities, depicts females hunting or attempting to kill animals, promotes lesbianism, prostitution, abortion, displays desecration of the female body with tattoos, body piercing or other intentional forms of self-mutilation, or shows females who are abnormally muscular or transvestites who have made themselves to look like males.
   Most condemned of all is imposing images or other material that uses the above to promote as role models for women or girls or displayed as a representative of females in general. When imposed this is persecution against femin and abuse against girls and is discriminatory hate speech.
   Using belligerent language, such as saying that; femin who speak in favor of or against something or is working for change or is upholding her rights is "fighting" or "battling" or other militant rhetoric.
   Hate speech against femin who are expressing their femininity by appearing in beauty pageants, playing feminine sports or otherwise simply being themselves will absolutely not be tolerated, this includes; calling girls and women in pageants hateful and insulting epithets (which should not even be repeated here) or attempting to dehumanize them by labeling them as pieces of meat or discounting their personality, virtue, mind, talents and other qualities by saying that they are only body parts on display, or similar insults.   
   Condemned is the propaganda that it makes no difference whether or not a mother stays home to raise her children, that being a full time mother and working at some other job are equal to being a home maker mom, which is to say that motherhood is irrelevant. Motherhood is the most important job in society, for mothers who have to work out side the home, their most important job is being a mother. Insulting females by claiming that mothers are not naturally better at caring for children, or that stay at home moms are not the preferred nurturers of children is unacceptable.
    Lying about or diminishing the seriousness of violence against femin will not be tolerated, anything that distorts the reality of domestic abuse against femin is itself considered to be contributing to abuse of femin. Any show of disrespect for the femin who are victims will be considered misogyny and an attack on femin. It is abusive persecution to impose on femin any material that denies, excuses or diminishes the fact that females are and have been the overwhelming majority of the victims of violence in domestic abuse cases.
   It is persecution to impose on femin any material that slanders or perverts the legally understood definition of femininity or seeks to defame females by misrepresenting them as anything less than the gentler, more peaceful and nurturing sex.

8. Men
It is prohibited to display or describe anti-masculine images or other material or to express intolerance for or to demean or attempt to pervert the image of natural masculinity.
In particular it is forbidden to display material, visual, written or otherwise representational, that includes; males behaving in extremely effeminate ways where he has abandoned or rebelled against his masculine traits, depicts males rejecting masculine roles in the family or society, particularly refusing to be patratective of females or failing to even try to be the providor for the family, is contemptuous or hateful toward femin, portrays males engaging in clearly effeminate activities, promotes homosexuality or shows transvestites who have made themselves to dress and look like females.
  It is prohibited to ridicule the natural behaviors of men or a man's natural and moral role in relation to femin, the family and society or to demean masculine identity or the desire of males to associate together in male groups or represent or identify with masculine symbols.
   Condemned is saying that the father is not important in the family or in the raising of children.
   It is persecution to impose on men any material that slanders or perverts the legally understood definition of masculinity or seeks to defame men by misrepresenting them as anything other than the more competitive and aggressive sex.

9. Children
Children must be protected from the harmful effects of hate speech, obscenity, profanity and other offensive material as well as pornography and other adult material which is inappropriate for children. Such content must be segregated into adult only areas where either children are prohibited from viewing it or may only access it with the parent's permission.
   Children must be protected from violent material, such material must be segregated into adult only areas and people and entities who are signatories to this contract must work to eliminate violence from the general culture and particularly from children's material.

10. Race-Ethnicity
Racial and ethnic bigotry or hatred will not be tolerated; it is forbidden to display or describe hateful, bigoted images or other material or to express intolerance for any racial-ethnic group or national identity. It is particularly prohibited to express material which defames a groups or portrays them with stereotypes, or in any way harasses them with material which tends to diminish respect for them in society or seeks to corrupt the identity, or which promotes discrimination, inequality or other forms of intolerance against them.

11. Religion
It is forbidden to display or describe hateful, bigoted images or other material or to express intolerance for any individual because of one's personal faith. It is particularly prohibited to express material which defames people because of the personal faith or portrays them with stereotypes, or in any way harasses them with material which tends to diminish respect for them in society or seeks to corrupt the identity, or which promotes discrimination, inequality or other forms of intolerance against them. It is prohibited to express material which is obviously designed to attack the honor of their personal faith or to attack those things which they hold sacred in a manner that is malicious and intended to be hurtful. People may not publicly display material which is considered to be blasphemous or a sacrilege to certain religions if it is clearly meant to attack or ridicule their faith.

12. Alternative Lifestyles
People have a right to alternative choices of lifestyles; it is forbidden to display or describe hateful, bigoted images or other material or to express intolerance for the right of people to engage in lawful consensual acts that are kept private and not imposed on others. It is particularly prohibited to harass or threaten them, because of private behavior, which is no one's business.
   Homosodomites, transvestites, prostitutes and other people who engage in acts which may not be to the taste of most people must not suffer harassment because of it as long as they don't attempt to impose those behaviors on others. In the above sections 4, 5, & 6 the prohibition on equating deviant lifestyles with natural moral human behavior is not to be construed so as to permit harassment of those deviant lifestyles nor discrimination against people who do them. People engaging in abnormal lifestyles are to be respected as human beings and treated according to their behavior in society, their private lifestyle choices or preferences of sexual acts are strictly private choices and they should not be primarily identified by private acts or treated as less than human by presuming that the performance a particular sexual act makes them a different kind of human, as though being a homosodomite is something to which one was born and that it makes them some kind of different human species or a different gender. Homosodomites, prostitutes and others have a right to publicly identify themselves by their behavior and not be discriminated against because of it.

13. Controlled Substances
It is forbidden to promote illegal intoxicants or their use or their paraphernalia.
Advertising alcoholic drinks and tobacco products to the general public is prohibited; that doesn't include private adult spaces.

The above material must be kept out of public view, some material which is considered of educational or informational value may be presented in a manner which is didactic and explains or portrays the above mentioned offensive content in a negative light and condemns said material and only uses the material as a bad example to teach right from wrong.
