Treaties and contracts formed between sovereign individuals and governments for the protection of individual freedom and the settlement of inter-governmental disputes.

FSUTO is a treaty organization formed by mutual consent between its members who make all rules through consensual contracts to insure freedom based on individual sovereignty. Rules are made by the civilzens through direct negotiated contracts, there are no representatives who have the power to make rules and civilzens are not allowed to vote to negate the consensual contacts others.
Its rules and provisions apply only to its members. The treaties also provide for the mutual defense of its members and provide foreign policy guidelines and ways of settling disputes between FSUTO members and aliens.

Mission

To develop a network of treaty organizations that govern the activities of individual sovereigns and their governments.
To settle legal disputes between those governments through mutually agreeable contracts in neutral courts.
To help people to police and defend themselves and their families through means that do not initiate force against anyone.
To unite all free peoples, governments and entities together in a universal alliance of human rights defense and freedom.

FSUTO is eager to use every endeavor to promote the values of freedom, justice, and peace; and to maintain and strengthen the harmonious relations with other free and responsible governments who respect individual human sovereignty, on this basis of mutual respect, coexistence and peace we can pursue a larger refinement of governmental organization through the FSUTO for the purpose of greater service to humanity. We are willing to collaborate on all common causes of humankind, and especially to those of enforcement of human rights freedom, economic cooperation and preserving the wellbeing of the Earth and guaranteeing an environment suitable for life for the coming generations.
