We the Free Sovereign People of Earth declare, that we who have long been subjugated by deception, coercion and brute force by illegitimate governments known as political-states, do hereby claim our sovereignty and our freedom. Since sovereignty is a product of the free will, it is given by nature to individual human beings only, it does not belong to the state or any other entity. Therefore we now declare the establishment a Universal Government of Human Rights.

The dignity of the human person is established in the self evident reality of individual sovereignty, that one is free to determine one's own destiny by one's choices and to be governed by those same choices in relation to others. The inalienable truth that a person is free to do anything that one chooses as long as it does not interfere with other's right to the same freedom, that all organizations are entered into by one's own choice, including all forms of government.

We declare that all persons are by nature equally free and independent and have certain inherent rights, that include;

Political self determination; the right to self government; a sovereign must govern oneself, one's activities and one's interactions with other sovereigns. All legitimate governments are based on the self-governing regulation of sovereigns between each other through consensually organized governments, contracts and treaties.
We have the right to enter into a government and society of one's own choosing, or to form a civil government where civilzenship is entered into voluntarily without surrendering any rights that belong exclusively to the individual.

Laws must be made by the people who come together in an understanding of natural law which is codified in constitutions and differences are settled by treaties. We have the right to make and define the laws under which we live in a manner of own own choosing. Individuals have a right not to participate in an organized government; but, to live independently by one's own self-governing sovereignty.

We have a right to a neutral, unpoliticized and unbiased justice system that provides the means to choose, by mutual consent of both parties, to adjudicate disputes between persons in private courts as well as public.
We have a right to due process, to be protected from warrantless search and seizure, to be confronted by their accusers, to call and cross examine witnesses, to represent themselves in court or choose their own legal council without being limited to licensed attorneys and they are entitled to be provided with competent council if they cant afford one.
We have the right to a to a trial by a jury of our peers who are free persons who have volunteered to serve on the jury, not by subjects forced into involuntary jury servitude and to appear before a judge that was not appointed by politicians but is accepted by both parties as unbiased.
We have a right to a system whereby the jury decides all cases, unless waived by both parties.

The enjoyment of life and liberty, with the opportunity of acquiring and possessing property, the right to own and operate a business and engage in free enterprise with anyone else without barriers, invasive regulation or licensees must not be denied.

We have the right to cultural freedom, the right to choose one's own nationality, to live by any culture one wants and to join together with others to create the way of life that one wants for oneself and have the opportunity of pursuing and obtaining happiness and safety.

Freedom of association is the basis of a free society, all organizations and social interactions must be freely chosen.

Sovereigns must live freely as a code of morality, for to be dependent on others labors is to be a burden and to seek to master others is to be a tyrant. They must respect the right of others to equal free sovereign status. That for people to claim their sovereignty and be truly free means that they must accept total responsibility for their choices and actions.
Only by doing what is right for oneself can one do right by others. Because anyone that would form a institution to do what's best for the institution and not the individuals who belong to it is committing an injustice to all.

Self defense is critical to preserving human rights, the first and most important reason is for the individual to be able to defend oneself against the tyranny of an oppressive government. The greatest threat to freedom and human rights is an organized military-state, which is nothing but a gang of terrorists used by politicians to commit mass murder to increase their own political and economic power and to enslave their own subjects into contributing to the evil. Self defense, freedom, human rights and world peace is dependent on the elimination of the political-state and their militaries, because they are the main enemy of freedom.

The state uses the police as thugs to enslave their own people and extort money from them by forcing law abiding people to pay for the crimes of the guilty, the military makes wars as a business for those who profit from them, namely the politicians and their special interests, and at the same time denies descent civilized people the right to use their resources to form a real defense against that tyranny. Only by establishing a legitimate government were the people are free to choose their own police and defense that is provided as a service to defend the rights of all individuals to a secure, peaceful and civilized condition of life, can there be freedom for all.

We have the right to freedom from slavery or involuntary servitude of any kind including, conscription, forced labor or the execution of government policy. We must be protected from all forms of theft, extortion or coercion, particularly taxes, since all forms of imposed taxation is theft.

Free speech must not be infringed upon in any way, we have the right to communicate freely with others as necessary for the preservation of all rights. The right to self expression in all of its forms, by any medium and enjoying the full protection of privacy in communications.

Individuals have the right to freedom of religion and not to have others beliefs imposed on them.

Individuals have the right to travel freely without restriction.

The family is the natural, primary association formed by humans, and the foundation of society, any civilized government must respect and protect the family.
The natural rights of men, women and children must be respected. Basically the right for normal males and females to live by their own masculine and feminine roles taken from the family and extended into public society and not be restricted or persecuted for it.
The rights of children must be protected so as to allow them to grow up naturally and in full control of their own lives.
These rights are self evident and manifest in everyday life, the family and personal relationships universally.
People have the right as well, to live according to their own individual interpretation of sex roles and family.

The right to privacy is necessary to self preservation of individual rights, therefore individuals must not be forced to testify against themselves nor can the government or anyone else be allowed to spy on others. They have the right to secure conversations and financial transactions.
