Property

Protest all forms of taxation.

Try to influence politicians to reduce and eventually eliminate politically imposed regulations, boycott companies that lobby for and support invasive regulations.

Demand an end to licenses and permits for activities people have a right to do.

Refuse to submit to restrictions placed on property and business owners that infringe on the right to freedom of association. Assure equal opportunity with socially responsible policies within a network of contracts.

Zoning

Demand an end to imposed zoning codes to be replaced with dependable private contractual zoning codes arising from private contracts, community associations and deed restrictions.

Seizures

Lobby for the abolition of civil asset forfeiture resulting from none convictions of real crimes.

Publicize and protest violations of the Fourth and Fifth Amendments, notify the media and ask them to cover the violations.

Sue the police for violating the constitution to rob innocent people.

Public Property

Lobby for the privatization of state owned property which may remain open to the public.

Intellectual Property

While supporting intellectual property claims, also support the unrestricted right of private individuals to exchange or share material through private communications or exchanges, e.g; software that allows private file transfers, (Napster), as long as such sharing is not for profit.

Environment

Inform people of the benefits of private ownership and management of parks and natural areas which may be provided to the public.

Demand an end to all invasive regulations that rob people of control of their private property.

Campaign to change regulations to allow individuals who have been harmed by pollution to sue all polluters within an industry in class action suits.

Support developing a market for environmental protection, if environmentalists want to protect a habitat, then they will have to buy the land or pay the owner to maintain it a certain way.

Demand and end to the seizure of private lands and a return of those stolen lands to the rightful owners.
