Free Speech

Condemn all forms of censorship of speech, expression and protest, including subtle forms such as licensing of TV and radio networks and politically imposed ratings systems that have the effect of restricting access by adults.

Support efforts to protect uncompromised free speech on the internet.

Support the right to adults to freedom of sexual expression and the right of adults to view sexual material and entertainment and protest any attempt to sensor it.

Protest and condemn states who punish political dissent.

Oppose the current McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Reform bill recently passed by Congress. The bill bans "soft money" to political parties by unions, corporations and individuals and bans "issue ads" run by interest groups in the final 60 days of an election. It also requires disclosure of spending on campaign issues ads and the donors who pay for them.

Oppose censorship that prohibits using that flag as political protest or artistic expression. Banning political protest with the flag is the most direct attempt to dismantle the First Amendment in its near 212 year history.
Oppose ordinances that require business owners to fly a flag.

Oppose a mandatory pledge of allegiance or singing of the national anthem in school or any other public place.

Political Correctness

So called "political correctness" is communistic tyranny over the mind, a paranoid attempt to control expression and thought, it must be condemned, fought and ridiculed, it cannot be tolerated.

Support the enforcement of the constitution against P.C. policies which violate freedom of speech, religion and association.

Support strategic legislation that prohibits the imposition of P.C., speech codes and harassment by public school officials against the First Amendment rights of students and faculty and provides easier mechanisms to sue the schools and the officials who are guilty and makes it easier to get those officials fired.

Sue anything and everything that imposes P.C. that violates First Amendment rights.

Concentrate the war against P.C. on campus activism, sue the schools, boycott the schools and their major financial supporters.

Campaign against the coercive imposition of speech codes on the workplace by using extreme charges of "sexual harassment" to oppress what is essentially normal adult conversation that is not imposed on others.
Sue Federal and state agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for violating the First Amendment rights of workers by imposing such speech codes.

Hate Crimes = Thought Crimes

If you value your own mind and opinions fight against the attempt by the state to invade the last refuge of individual sovereignty -- the mind.

Condemn the very idea of "hate crimes" as criminal persecution of personal opinions and an attempt to politically discriminate against certain persons and beliefs. Demand equality before the law with only actions that violate individual rights being crimes.

Where "hate crimes" statutes exist, charge police and politicians with "hate crimes" for persecuting speech and beliefs by charging people with "hate crimes" for expressions of opinion.

Charge police and officials with "hate crimes" for persecuting sexual orientation and expression by harassing and arresting erotic performers, prostitutes and their customers.

Sue groups, who are involved with the state, who hatefully attack and defame the natural, moral relationship between the sexes, the natural identify of men and women, the family and its roles or marriage, that directly supports and participates in public, politically imposed persecution or discrimination.

Because "hate crimes" are a charge backed by potential political violence, sue anyone who falsely charges another person or group with "hate crimes", especially when its directed toward suppressing real rights, such as freedom of speech, religion or association.

The above actions apply only to agents of the state and those who use its power to exploit "hate crimes" legislation in a way that threatens or violates individual rights.
