Civil Rights

Protest state interference in freedom of association, when states control associations the political majority may discriminate against anyone they choose.

Ethnic relations

Condemn all forms of racism and other forms of bigotry and strive to end politically imposed discrimination and insure equal opportunity through socio-economic contracts which are the only sure way of guaranteeing it.

Condemn nationalism which is along the same vain as racism; it results in discrimination and forced segregation of people for arbitrary cultural identities, restrictions on travel and leads to domestic tyranny, ethnic-racial persecution and war.

Discrimination

The First Amendment promises the right to freedom of association (right to assemble). The right to control your own property and business is indispensable to a free society and private property ownership. Defend the right of private property and private business owners and private clubs to discriminate in whom they choose to allow to use their property according to their own conditions.

The state and those who work for the state or are subsidized by tax money have no right to discriminate.

Demand an end to all public discrimination based on personal qualities or behavior not related to job performance or the mission of the public program or policy.

Support equal opportunity by encouraging businesses and institutions to sign contracts agreeing not to discriminate because of immutable or socially valuable characteristics.

Demand an end to publicly imposed discrimination in the form of Affirmative Action and other quotas.

Demand an end to Title IX quotas that discriminate against males and coerce females into sports in which few are interested.

Sexual Harassment

While real sexual harassment is unacceptable and is grounds for a suit, extreme interpretations of sexual harassment have become a witchhunt that leads to imposing speech and behavior codes on the workplace, schools and public places that violate individual rights.

Support legislation to clarify what sexual harassment is and to prohibit infringing on free expression with prior restraint or law suits.

Boycott companies that impose crazy and oppressive conditions on the workplace.

Sue companies and political agencies that impose "politically correct" intolerances.
