Libercratic Coalition Contract
Self-Defensive Political Action
For a government to be legitimate it must have the consent of all the
governed. Democracy will never protect the rights of the individual or private property
because everyone's rights and all property is available to be put up for vote to be
plundered by the majority or the most powerful special interest cartel. To prevent this
systemic criminality requires binding the government to explicit contracts which are
negotiated between the individuals and the civil institutions to which they belong. The
contracts must be entered into voluntarily and may only be altered according to the
specified terms in the contract, while allowing the individual the freedom to create or
negotiate contracts with other competing governance systems. Government based upon rule by
consensual contract is the only realistic means of creating a legitimate justice system
that protects the rights of the individual. Government by contract, and I don't mean the
myth of the social contract which is no
contract and all, can be implemented in all existing political systems. It requires
pressure from the people, from corporations and advocacy groups to persuade elected
officials, political parties, official departments and agencies to sign contracts
guaranteeing to respect the rights of the individual and abide by the terms of what public
officials are allowed to do and in what ways they are restricted. This system is enforced
through contract
insurance, that puts the assets of those who sign the contracts under the authority of
neutral trustees who have the power to seize the assets of those parties who betray the
contract, namely the government itself. The trustees and the procedure for filing suit and
for seizing assets must be determined by the contract, so that signatories have control
over whom they choose as trustworthy based upon their own judgment.
Voting for Liberation
To vote simply out of selfish interest or opinion is wrong, voting can only be
justified if it is in defense of individual freedom and it must be used responsibly to
enforce contracts. Because democratic voting
is immoral and an attack on individual rights, the only moral response is self-defensive
voting that protects the rights of others through contracts that turn the mob rule nature
of democracy into a strategy for the implementation of Libertocracy; rule by voluntary
contracts that respects individual
sovereignty; in effect all voting is for freedom, more and more freedom, until all
people are liberated from the indignity and injustice of having your freedom put up for a
vote.
People must never vote to violate other people's rights, there is a strict
responsibility to be observed and since politicians are in the business of lying and
accepting bribes from special interests, traditional politicians are the enemy. In a
republic, in order to avoid corruption and know that your vote will be obeyed, the
politician for whom you vote must be held to one's contractual word to serve those who
vote for that person as their representative.
Contract Voting
The only effective way to do this is by the candidate signing a contract pledging
to abide by particular terms and behavior while in office and to only support legislation,
programs, policies and actions that respect individual rights and to always oppose those
things which threaten or violate those rights. The most trustworthy candidate is someone
who is a genuine Libercrat and is committed to those principles, however others who have
libertarian leanings and want to get people's votes will have to commit themselves totally
to Libercratic principles by signing the contract. A political contract is a commitment to
abide by the terms of the agreement for the representative to serve those who vote for
that person.
Voters themselves will be bound by the contracts they sign. We must
persuade people to sign the contracts by organizing them into community and neighborhood
associations and making the contracts a requirement of membership in various social
organizations and economic networks. The voter who signs a contract is then bound to vote
only for candidates that have also signed the contract and is required to vote for
positions in direct democracy that is consistent with the contract. The signer is then
obliged to sign petitions and vote in initiatives and referenda that support the positions
of the contract.
The contracts that are to be used, though they may be negotiated, altered
or parts of them used, applies to all Libercratic voters and candidates is this
document and the FSUTO Treaties; IGT, SCOLAR, Community Government,
Community Security, HRT, EPT and PST and includes the Librademian Constitution; Sections I-V and Code of Laws; Sections I-V which may be negotiated
so that some provisions may not apply to a particular person or issue up for a vote at a
particular time, or in some areas of political action within the state, but the most
important principles are not negotiable.
The principles are:
The person voting or holding an office or working within the political system
will respect the sovereignty of the individual and individual rights according to the
above mentioned documents and the Librademian Essays; Sovereignty, Rights of Persons, Life, Liberty, Property, Privacy, Natural Law and the Environment, Public Safety and the Economy and other documents
and essays from Libercratic writings are to be used to negotiate and include if
possible.
The signatory agrees to never vote for or in other ways support any action
that violates individual rights, and one will, in every way, in every opportunity, use all
of one's power to vote or in other ways work against any statute, regulation, program or
policy that threatens or violates individual rights and will vote to eliminate all forms
of taxation, invasive regulations and other trespasses on individual rights. Furthermore,
the signatory pledges to work to change the system as much as possible to promote private
free market solutions to problems and will work to turn over the power to the private
sector to solve problems, provide programs, services and government operations to the free
market through consensual free enterprise government and will in every way serve and work
to replace the criminality of the state with legitimate Libercratic government.
Enforcement
The contract is fully enforceable because the signer must have contract
insurance -- that means that the signer of the contract must turn over to a neutral
trustee a key to have access to all of one's personal and business assets and to any
future income or property acquired while in office or working within the political system.
Therefore if the signer in any way violates the contract and betrays the voters, then the
trustee can seize all of one's assets. Therefor, a politician who lies and betrays the
voters will have all of one's money and investments taken away and will have one's
property and businesses seized. Besides that, to prevent the politician from simply voting
oneself a higher income to make up for the loss, the politician will have turned over the
power to the trustee to seize any income that may be earned from any source while in
office.
Individual contractual voters must prove that they voted the correct way in
each election and in each individual race and issue. To prove this, the voter should vote
in front of a witness. Voting in secret or attempting to conceal one's vote is a breach of
contract.
Parties
The larger political movement is Libercratic and the greater alliance is known as
the Libercratic Coalition which is both an independent organization from the state's
political system and a coalition operating within the state's political system.
Our goal is to totally take over all political parties and operate them by
Libercratic principles by using the strategy of contract voting as described herein.
We will seek to form Libercratic coalitions within existing parties, which
must operate independently of the corruption within those parties while using any legal
means necessary to take over those parties and make them serve Libertocracy.
All alien parties, which are not expressly Libercratic or Libertarian, are considered
mortal enemies of our movement, human rights and freedom and must be fought using any
means that is justified. Though involvement in the political system means working with
other individuals who are members of those parties, the contracts forbid actually doing
anything that violates individual rights or fails to work to liberate individuals from the
tyranny of the state. This limits any deal making with other politicians, though some
deals and cooperation may be possible within the stricture of the contract.
When people vote for other parties they never really know what they're
getting because the candidates lie and the party misrepresents themselves, the parties are
thoroughly corrupt, they're controlled by powerful special interests and influenced by
their lobbyists. So that even people who work for the special interests are able to get
support for those interests but by doing so they foolishly sacrifice their rights to
accomplish it, because individuals' rights are being restricted and sacrificed to serve
those narrow interests. Anyone who believes they are being represented by traditional
parties are being fooled.
As a service to the people whom they represent, Libercratic Coalitions
guarantee through their contracts, enforced by contract insurance, to uphold and defend
the sovereignty, freedom and rights of all individual human beings and they will in every
way work to dismantle the corrupt and oppressive power structure of the state and return
power to individual people while working to create those institutions of legitimate free
self government to replace the state.
With Libercratic Coalitions, voters get exactly what is represented, their
vote will be a direct action to implement those principles and policies described by the
Libercratic Coalition and its candidates and will be guaranteed.
Campaign Fund Raising
No Libercratic Coalition candidate may accept tax money for one's campaign or
work for anyone using tax money or use funds that come from taxes in any manner. The
parties and candidates must raise all of their money from voluntary contributions.
Other parties operate as mob cartels that accept bribes from special
interests and they steal people's money through taxes and use it to protect the exclusive
power of their parties and fund their own campaigns while discriminating against weaker
minority parties by preventing them for being able to raise money in a equal opportunity
system. Even if all parties receive equal public funding, its still theft.
Government
We will negotiate accountable and enforceable contracts and treaties with people
and entities of the state to work together under mutually agreed upon terms to solve
social problems, provide better services to the public, help to secure individual rights
and reduce the tax burden. We want to gain the support from politicians at local and
national levels to agree that they will support our efforts to establish a responsible and
fully accountable Libercratic government within territory currently occupied by the state
to create a fully functioning government that provides, police, emergency services,
defense, a justice system, education, guaranteed social benefits and other public services
in a equal opportunity system, and, do it all without taxes; and, we will fully guarantee
our services.
That means that if we will agree to provide a certain service to the public,
we will pay for it and operate it ourselves, and by doing so the public will gain better
services at a higher quality and we will tailor those services to fit individual needs and
reduce the tax burden. The state will agree to stay out of our business and out of our way
and to exempt our public services from taxation and intrusive regulation; we are fully
capable of regulating our own activities better than they are and we will be more
responsible and accountable and more fair for all -- guaranteed under contract.
Duties of Office Holders
Under a Libercratic contract, candidates and office holders are not loyal to the
state but they are loyal to humanity, not just to their supporters, but their total
allegiance is to uphold and defend human rights and individual freedom against all enemies
foreign and domestic. Any oaths to uphold and defend a constitution or legal system is an
oath to interpret that constitution and laws through an understanding of natural law and the
previously named signed Libercratic constitutions, laws and other contracts.
Office holders must not vote or be involved in cutting deals to support
crimes against human rights, any action or intent to do so is a violation of their
contract.
They must use every available means to dismantle the political cartel state and return to
individual people power over their own lives, money, property and activities.
They must work with other Libercratic thinkers to support changing the
state's institutions, assets and programs to help set up institutions of free Libercratic
self-government to replace the state.
They must listen to the concerns of their constituents and work in good faith
with them to address their needs and alleviate any trepidations they may have over the
reinvention of government and the replacement of the old system and programs with the new.
They must work with FSUTO, Librademian, international libertarians and other
freedom supporting groups to create Libercratic governments and services.
They must be willing to do whatever is necessary to defend individual human rights against
the malevolency of the state, regulated by their own guidelines of moral behavior.
Constitutions
To be legitimate, constitutions must be consistent with individual sovereign
human rights and agree with the Librademian
Constitution. To the degree that states' constitutions deviate from this they are to
be regarded as illegitimate -- null and void. All signers of Libercratic contracts and
treaties must interpret all constitutions according to the standards of individual
sovereign freedom. A constitution may be interpreted in many different ways, judges who
are political activists who want to change the constitution and legislate from the bench
may ignore the obvious and literal meaning of a constitution and interpret it in their own
way which is completely outside of its framework simply because they have the power to do
it. All signers of Libercratic contracts must view any state constitution as merely an
opinion that may be used as a guide to interpreting individual sovereignty, though it may
be completely ignored if it is not consistent with natural human rights.
Libercratic judges must always interpret any constitution as the natural
constitution that exists between human beings that requires respect for the sovereignty of
the individual human being and one's inherent rights.
The universal codified constitution to be used to interpret these ideals
among Libercratic signatories is the Librademian
Constitution and the FSUTO Treaties.
Statutes, Regulation and Law
Statutes and imposed regulations are political force, not legitimate law. The
justification for political involvement is self defense against those who would cloak
political violence in the shroud of "law." Natural law exists as an inviolable
truth that supersedes political statutes and regulations. Signatories to this contract
have a duty to use all available political power to enforce natural law which protects
individual sovereignty.
Any statute or regulation which is in opposition to natural law as defined by
FSUTO and the Librademian Constitution and Code of Laws and the essay on Sovereignty, Rights of Persons, Life, Liberty, Property, Privacy and Natural Law, as well as
other Libercratic writings, must be nullified and people must be protected from their
enforcement. By the same token, human rights law must be enforced on those who would
violate individual rights. Signatories must use the state's political force against itself
and use and manipulate the force of statutes and regulations against the political
gangsters who violate individual rights.
We must take over the states' institutions of political power and operate
them in accordance with this contract, SCOLAR-OFCG, FSUTO treaties and the Librademian Constitution as well as other
legitimate supreme and civil governments who wish to participate through mutual consent
while respecting individual freedom and self government.
Courts
Juries
Juries must judge whether or not a crime has been committed and they must
use common law interpretation guided by a clear understanding of natural law. States that
enslave people in compulsory jury duty sometimes use them as rubber stamps to railroad
people into prison who have committed no real crime against any victim. These juries are
told before hand that a crime has been committed even before the prosecution as presented
any evidence that shows a crime has in fact been committed. This pre-determined bias is a
command for their slaves to accept their authority to tell them how to judge the case and
whether or not a real crime was committed, they intend for no judgment to be made at all
over the question of whether or not a crime was committed, the only question they leave is
for them to decide if the accused who has been targeted by the police and prosecution
working together has committed what they have charged, which in some cases may be simply
an example of an individual exercising one's natural rights and being arrested and
persecuted by political tyrants who don't like what one does. Juries must not convict
people of non-crimes, meaning condemn people for exercising their individual rights in a
way that has not violated anyone else's rights, where there is no victim, there is no
crime. Juries have a duty to humanity and the Libercratic contract to nullify all unjust statutes.
The law under which human society lives must be based on natural law to be
legitimate and the gray areas are to be filled in by common law interpretation and
practice, which is constructed through explicit and implied contracts.
To arrive at a just society there must be a balance and respect for the way
in which law is interpreted by realizing that any codified legislation must be consistent
with the constitution under which people have explicitly consented and the higher
constitution of natural human rights based upon individual sovereignty over
which all lesser constitutions are subordinated. Codified legislation must respect natural
law to be legitimate, any that does not is to be considered null and void. Because there
are limitations, ambiguities and injustice in all codified legislation it is necessary for
the cause of justice that common law be used as a factor for determining the precise
meaning of law and for its adjustment to particular cases and situations which may differ
because of the consensual choices people have made in explicit or implied contracts. It is
the authority and duty of the jury to weigh the evidence and judge the merits of the case
to determine whether or not the accused has committed a real crime and whenever possible
the jury should also determine sentence, that way a person who has violated the law, but
under extenuating circumstances and may not have had a malicious intent, may have one's
sentence reduced or suspended.
Persons being screened to be on the jury should not say
that they will nullify statutes since the state will probably use that to bar the person
from sitting on the jury, that's the way that the state continues to impose its unjust
statutes, by only putting people on the jury who are biased against real justice --
natural law, the only true law. If you're a libercrat you must not do or say anything that
they may use to keep you off of the jury, you must agree to consider the facts and not say
that you have a predetermined belief that some statutes would be nullified. For the cause
of justice, libercratic people should seek to be on juries that are trying cases that are
an attack on everyone's rights and nullify those unjust statutes.
Judges
Judges who are signatories to this contract who render a judgment should use
the same principles and methods of determination as the jury.
Sentencing
Since the ultimate purpose of the justice system is restitution, to make the
victim whole, all parties involved must pursue full restitution, as
explained in the Corrections
System article, as the ultimate goal which does not preclude purposes of punishment
and rehabilitation, but these may not prevent restitution from being realized.
Signatories to this contract and in particular the police, victims, judges
and jury members should have a pre-determined written contract to seek restitution as the
final goal of the proceedings. Judges' and juries' sentencing must be for the purpose of
full restitution to the victim, to pay for the full court costs for everyone involved,
including paying the jury and pay the bill to the police for the total cost of the
investigation, and the convict must also pay for one's own incarceration and personal
expenses.
Social Work
Social workers for the political cartel really have a difficult job dealing with
all of society's problems, despite the enormous amounts of money stolen through taxation,
social workers are under staffed and under paid and often aren't able to deal effectively
with their overload of cases. We want to help in social work by our people volunteering to
work with the political social workers on certain cases. We will pay for our own social
workers and the resources we use, so we will bring in additional revenue to increase the
staffs, purchase more resources and handle more cases.
Security Services
Volunteers
We want to volunteer to protect people's lives and rights and to secure
peace and freedom for all regardless of nationality. We will cooperate with community
security groups and serve in the place of or in addition to the state's personnel. We wish
to offer security services voluntarily to anyone who requests it, to provide private and
public security service for all. We need to use the state's security resources that have
been purchased through theft by taxation, so these resources already belong to us and we
need to use them to better protect people's lives and property, and we will of course pay
for the resources that we actually use ourselves rather than charge taxpayers.
Unlike the state's forces which rob everyone, we will not steal from innocent
people and make them pay for the crimes of the guilty. We will pay our own way by financing our services
through the free market. And also, unlike the state's forces, which as the name declares,
is forced on people by imposing their protection racket on everyone at the point of a gum,
our services are offered to all with their consent, and we make ourselves fully
accountable to those we serve. What's more, unlike the state's forces who fail to protect
people and their property because they steal from the victims as well as denying victims
their just restitution, our security services are fully guaranteed.
When anyone requests our services we guarantee performance, we guarantee
to protect individuals, entities and their property or we will be fully responsible for
paying for the damage caused by our inability to do our job as we had promised. That means
that for people who have paid for security
insurance they will be able to claim full restitution immediately and for people who
have no insurance they may
claim restitution when we capture and convict the person responsible and force the guilty
to pay for
their crimes. In addition, to make ourselves more accountable, we allow customers to
sue our security services and personnel for any negligence, incompetence, violation of any
just law or contract, which will result in the claimant receiving full restitution plus
possible punitive damages.
The state's forces only guarantee that you will never be free while they rule
over you, that your lives and property will never be secure from their invasive
regulations and acts of political violence they fraudulently call "law". They
guarantee that you will be robbed continually throughout your life and if you are the
victim of some other unofficial criminal, they guarantee that you will never receive
restitution.
They also guarantee that if you try be free of them and resist their tyranny, they will
kill you.
So by libercrats volunteering to protect people, society will gain extra
security and save on taxes and will be guaranteed full restitution if they are the victim
of a crime.
FSUTO: Security
Community Security
PADOHR: Peacekeeping and Defense of
Human Rights
Librademian Security Services
for the General Public
Police
We will recruit volunteers for community and larger jurisdictional policing.
The police will be privately operated and
provided to the public with full accountability through contract
insurance. We will provide police protection to anyone who requests it, and unlike the
political-police protection racket where
they extort money from the victims to make them pay for the crimes of the guilty, we will
make the guilty pay for their crimes through restitution to the
victims. For the political police to continue their racket they must maintain a monopoly
over people's lives, by denying people the opportunity to be able to better protect
themselves by seeking better protective police services. Since we have been forced through
extortion to pay for the political-police and their resources, we demand to use those
resources for which we have already paid, to be able to protect our rights and to truly
bring to justice the criminals and force them to pay restitution to the victims and along
with it to charge the convicts for the cost to the police and court system. We want to
volunteer to work with the political police and to use those resources to serve and
protect the public. We will pay for the maintenance of all resources and we want to pay
our share in purchasing any new resources that we need. Our police are fully accountable
to the public under the FSUTO treaty,
and Librademian law and through contract
insurance.
We want to encourage individuals currently working for the state's police to sign contracts to volunteer
their services and thereby renounce wages which are paid for through extortion. They will
then have to earn their
pay just like privately provided police. They must, by their contract, agree to always
protect individual rights and they must agree not to arrest people who have committed no
real crime, which means they have not violated anyone else's rights. They must have prior
contractual agreements with other members of their police department so that the
individuals who are still working for the state's protection racket will not interfere and
they must have prior agreements and arrangements with an appropriate court of jurisdiction
and its officials and judges so that the procedure as described above and in the various
Libercratic legal documents will be followed.
The political-police are always saying that they need more money, more
personnel and they actively organize citizens and encourage them to police their own
neighborhoods through crime watch programs and to cooperate in community policing. Well,
we are willing to work with anyone who is serious about actually protecting people's
rights and actually bringing real criminals to justice. The problem is that the
political-police don't really bring criminals to justice, they use criminals to commit
injustice against all of society by making innocent people pay for those crimes, and worst
of all, the political-police commit crimes against individuals who have done no harm to
anyone else. We offer to provide many more additional personnel, money and our own
resources to serve and protect the public, we will take nothing from innocent people, we
will not use tax money and we will not infringe upon the rights of individuals. We want to
show the political-police and the public how to provide police services that truly protect
the innocent, punish the guilty and do it all without taxes. If the political-police care
at all about law and order and the rights of individuals then they should prove it by
being willing to cooperate with our police services who have the protection of individual
rights as our only duty.
Defense
We want to volunteer to defend human rights, to secure the peace and to fight
against war itself. The military is always
willing to pay for recruits with stolen money and they're willing to enslave their own
citizens to force them to commit their acts of terrorism, using the excuse of defending
the "nation". The nation is an
artificial cultural orientation used to create an assumed obligation on the part of the
citizen-slaves who are treated as property of the state. The nation has no rights, only
individuals have rights that need to be defended, mostly from the tyranny of the state,
the jingoism is just a cover to get their subjects to defend their power to rule over
them.
If anyone claims to want to defend their nation then let them join with us to
defend individual human lives and rights, whatever a person's nationality; the only way to
defend a nation is to defend the right of people to live the nationality of their choice
in security.
We will volunteer to defend any nation of individuals, to protect their
lives, rights and property and to uphold the peace. We will truly volunteer, we will not
participate in the state's protection racket that robs people through taxation. We will
earn our own money as explained in the Librademian Revenue System.
For those who fear that their nation's troops might be put in harm's way, for
those who are too cowardly to defend innocent people who are being attacked, for those who
allow wars to continue because they haven't the courage or commitment to even try to stop
them and for those who whine about a handful of their soldiers being killed in a war where
hundreds of thousands of civilians have already died, we will serve in their place. We
will fight in wars in their place, secure the peace and protect the lives and rights of
the people of their nation, it will cost them nothing, they won't have to submit to
conscription, it won't cost them anything in taxes, and they won't lose any of their
troops' lives. If we fail to do our job, we will lose our lives and the financial risk
will likewise be ours.
We will take on the duty to defend human rights and to fight their enemies
for them, with the goal being to stop the war as soon as possible. States fight wars for
political reasons and use strategy of continuing the war until their strategic and
political objectives have been reached. Our objective is to fight against the war itself
and to end it as soon as possible. These two objectives have very different consequences.
Realizing that wars are a continual choice made for larger political goals, politicians
are willing to sacrifice soldiers' lives and slaughter innocent people for the long term
political gain. We have no national or political interest in war, our only objective is to
prevent or end war using any legal means as soon as possible. Any political objectives by
nations or political groups will then have to be settled by less violent means than war
when we have the dominant power to prevent or stop wars and enforce peace on all sides.
As a defense-police force we will be neutral, we will show no favoritism
toward any nation or social group, our interest is strictly in defending individual human
rights freedom and securing the peace. As the dominant power we can hunt down war
criminals and bring them to justice before a neutral, non-political court and see that
they are punished.
If people want peace, if they want to keep more of their money, if they don't
want to see their troops killed in foreign wars, if they don't want to see large numbers
of civilians murdered in war then we will provide the means for realizing these goals. We
demand the opportunity to use military resources that we have been forced to pay for to
defend our lives and rights and those of all people against
those who would destroy us, and we will pay for the
maintenance of those resources and will help to purchase new resources if we need them, to
save the taxpayers' money. That means that the defense contractors will continue to reap
profits. States give weapons and other military supplies and support to dictators all over
the world who use them to commit atrocities against innocent people, often with the tacit
support of the the supplier state. These political traitors to humanity are the enemy and
these bastards who support foreign dictators had damn well better allow their own citizens
the opportunity to volunteer to use their own weapons that they have been forced to
purchase to defend themselves. If they refuse, then any cooperation with them to defend
human rights is not possible and any means may be used to undermine and destroy their
political system, that doesn't harm innocent people, may be used against the politicians
and mercenary terrorists.
Any joint force operation with the state's military force will require that
the state have contract insurance, where all of their assets may be seized if they betray
their obligation, enforced by a neutral trustee and a larger and more powerful alliance of
private security forces. While the state's military is able to use its power to rob people
through taxation to support itself, conscript their subjects into slavery and commit
horrendous crimes against humanity and get away with it, our security services will be
guaranteed with the assurance being that all of our security services will have full contract
insurance coverage. That means that if we fail to do what we claim or if any segment
of our services becomes a rogue force that violates human rights law, all of that security
services assets will be seized by a neutral
trustee. This insurance system means that we provide the assurance to everyone that we
will live up to our contracts and respect human rights law, and what's more, we will
guarantee our services.
We are willing to sign an agreement to operate our security services under an
equal and accountable contract whereby our people and organizations will work together
with organizations from the state on mutual interests. We demand access to those police
and military weapons and resources that we have been forced to purchase to defend our
rights and bring peace to the world. We are willing to work with the international
community and with the state's forces by volunteering to go on specific missions to
accomplish specific goals; that are consistent with defending human rights freedom and
bringing peace. We are willing to go anywhere at any time to serve a righteous cause.
We must protest political parties and politicians and try to convince them
to sign enforceable contracts agreeing to respect people's rights and refrain from the
usual political temptations which abuse their power.
We may be able to get the truth out of politicians by challenging them to
hearings or debates where they will have to present evidence that backs up their claims,
while their challengers will present their evidence and both sides will be able to cross
examine each other before neutral and impartial judges.
We will pledge to support businesses and those parties and countries that
respect and codify human rights under enforceable contracts as described in this document
and we will fight against the enemies who refuse to do so.
Disclaimer
Political activism within the state, voting and participating in the
systems of power that are the reality in the world is using the resources that have been
stolen from us or bought with our stolen money, as civilzens of the natural government of
universal human rights, when we vote or hold political office we are serving Libercratic
government, not the state.
Participation in the state's political system, voting, campaigning and
holding office under this contract is absolutely not to be interpreted as giving our
consent to accept the outcome of any election or to accept the individuals or parties
voted into office, unless they have signed this contract, and it most certainly does not
represent our support or tolerance of the political-state.
Voting may be an act of self defense, to say that if I vote I am giving my
consent as a citizen to accept the rule of the winners is like saying that, if I use a gun
to defend my rights against robbers who come to steal from me I am giving my consent to
the thieves to rob me. Consent must be freely given, the state's system is imposed on
people and violates individual rights, defending yourself against it is not giving your
consent, simply existing and having natural rights and desiring to live freely and
responsibly is not a crime that deserves the punishment of a life long sentence under the
tyranny of the political cartel. Being alive is not giving consent, having property is not
giving consent, engaging in business is not giving consent, wanting to travel and being
required to carry a passport to get across imaginary borders is not giving your consent.
Contracts must be consensual, nothing the state does, neither in its regulations,
licenses, passports or constitution is a legitimate contract because they are imposed
through coercion.
If our rights are put up for a vote and the majority votes against our
rights, we will not submit when they try to violate them and if they use political
violence we will not surrender if they come to enslave or kill us, and because of our duty
to serve human rights we will not allow the enemies of freedom to violate the rights of
others.
We will use every means available to us to fight the enemies of freedom including using their own
resources against them. When someone is robbing you, violating your rights and trying to
enslave you and is in fact at war against you, you must use every means available to
defend yourself. Any action against the state is justified considering the evil of its
policies, even going so far as to become involved in politics within the state itself. The
political state is not legitimate government, it is
ignorant barbarism where gangs fight it out for dominance. The only justifiable political
action is in the cause of taking power away from the state and its special interest groups
and returning it to individual people. Those who participate in politics or holding office
must have clear goals, to in every way possible dismantle the state, undermine its power
to rule over people and take as much power away from the state as possible and return it
to individuals while defending individual rights from further intrusions.
The following statements, by Lysander Spooner, declare that, it is the
natural right of an individual, who has been coerced into the political process, to vote
in self defense without giving one's consent to surrender one's rights and be ruled by the
victor.
"It cannot be said that, by voting, a man pledges himself to
support the Constitution, unless the act of voting be a perfectly voluntary one on his
part. Yet the act of voting cannot properly be called a voluntary one on the part of any
very large number of those who do vote. It is rather a measure of necessity imposed upon
them by others, than one of their own choice."
"In truth, in the case of individuals, their actual voting is not to be
taken as proof of consent, even for the time being. On the contrary, it is to be
considered that, without his consent having even been asked a man finds himself environed
by a government that he cannot resist; a government that forces him to pay money, render
service, and forego the exercise of many of his natural rights, under peril of weighty
punishments. He sees, too, that other men practice this tyranny over him by the use of the
ballot. He sees further, that, if he will but use the ballot himself, he has some chance
of relieving himself from this tyranny of others, by subjecting them to his own. In short,
he finds himself, without his consent, so situated that, if he use the ballot, he may
become a master; if he does not use it, he must become a slave. And he has no other
alternative than these two. In self- defense, he attempts the former. His case is
analogous to that of a man who has been forced into battle, where he must either kill
others, or be killed himself. Because, to save his own life in battle, a man takes the
lives of his opponents, it is not to be inferred that the battle is one of his own
choosing. Neither in contests with the ballot -- which is a mere substitute for a bullet
-- because, as his only chance of self- preservation, a man uses a ballot, is it to be
inferred that the contest is one into which he voluntarily entered; that he voluntarily
set up all his own natural rights, as a stake against those of others, to be lost or won
by the mere power of numbers. On the contrary, it is to be considered that, in an exigency
into which he had been forced by others, and in which no other means of self-defense
offered, he, as a matter of necessity, used the only one that was left to him.
"Doubtless the most miserable of men, under the most oppressive
government in the world, if allowed the ballot, would use it, if they could see any chance
of thereby meliorating their condition. But it would not, therefore, be a legitimate
inference that the government itself, that crushes them, was one which they had
voluntarily set up, or even consented to."
"As taxation is made compulsory on all,
whether they vote or not, a large proportion of those who vote, no doubt do so to prevent
their own money being used against themselves; when, in fact, they would have gladly
abstained from voting, if they could thereby have saved themselves from taxation alone, to
say nothing of being saved from all the other usurpations and tyrannies of the government.
To take a man's property without his consent, and then to infer his consent because he
attempts, by voting, to prevent that property from being used to his injury, is a very
insufficient proof of his consent to support the Constitution. It is, in fact, no proof at
all."
"They may, with more reason, be supposed to have voted, not to
support the Constitution, but specially to prevent the tyranny which they anticipate the
successful candidate intends to practice upon them under color of the Constitution; and
therefore may reasonably be supposed to have voted against the Constitution itself. "
Citizenship and Civilzenship
People who are citizens of states may still become civilzens of a supreme or
civil government, self-government is an individual's right. A person may retain
citizenship for self-defensive reasons, since citizenship is imposed on one along with the
aggressions of state, a person should use citizenship to protect the rights of oneself and
others and work to liberate everyone form the grip of the state.
Neither voting, registering to vote, holding political office or
participating in the political system, having a recognized residence in territory
illegitimately claimed by the state, nor using a state's passport represents either an
implied or explicit acceptance or confirmation of citizenship in the state. Passports and
papers that people are unjustly forced to use simply to travel are intolerable and an
insult to human dignity, holding a state's vain and insulting passport that claims
ownership of human beings and requires the state's permission for a person to leave one's
own homeland is a crime against individual sovereign freedom, and we explicitly proclaim
that using them is not an acceptance of that state's citizenship, because they're imposed,
which make them illegitimate.
Voting self-defensively under an explicit contract is not giving legitimacy
or permission to the state to accept its rule because people are forced into voting in
self-defense against their wishes and we have a natural right to defend ourselves. The
contract under which we vote clearly states that the vote and any action by our office
holders will be to protect individual natural rights and to liberate them from the control
of the state and if we lose a vote we do not give anyone permission to the majority to
violate our rights. (see; Tyranny of
Democracy)
People have an obligation to govern themselves and uphold each other's
rights. There is no obligation or duty to the state because one doesn't have an obligation
to serve forces that are at war against human rights. In Libercratic government, civilzens
must be totally loyal to each other and their Libercratic government, no loyalty to the
enemy will be tolerated, citizenship is to be used as a tool or weapon to change and
ultimately destroy the state and it has no other meaning than that.
