Libertocracy is a polycentric free enterprise government and socio-economic system whereby sovereign individuals join together by mutual consent in a civilization that respects and defends the freedom, dignity and rights of all people equally. Libertocracy can include all forms of government or non-government that respects individual freedom in a system where people must govern themselves through consensual contracts.
In Libercratic society people live by the libertarian principle of sovereign individual freedom, where a person is free to do anything that one chooses as long as it's not imposed on others and doesn't infringe upon the equal right of other individuals to the same freedom.

A Libertarian Civilization in Formation, Where Freedom Rules

Libertocracy is built upon a solid foundation of libertarian principles and provides practical answers to solve social problems. There is nothing that the state does that a Libercratic system can't do better in every way, and we can do far more than the state is capable of doing to provide the services that people really want, tailored to fit individual needs while respecting individual sovereignty -- and we can do it all without taxes.

Free enterprise government that respects the sovereignty of the individual to enjoy total freedom

Introduction to Libertocracy

Principles of Libertocracy

How to a Build a Better Civilization

Free Enterprise Government without Taxes

Principles of Libertocracy

Respect for the sovereignty of the individual human being.

Absolute, unrestrained freedom; the absence of all prior restraint.

Respect for the responsibility of the individual to exercise one's freedom without infringing upon the rights of others.

All people are to be treated as innocent and responsible until proved guilty in a fair, neutral court of law; which includes the opportunity to choose to settle disputes in private courts.

Self ownership, to be free to have total control over one's own body.

Respect for the identity and rights unique to men, women and children.

Self-government; to be free to choose one's government, to enter into or form a government of one's own preference.

Self-defense; to be free to choose how best to protect one's rights including the right to choose one's security services.

The right to live in peace, free from the scourges of war, tyranny or arbitrary political dictates and the malevolency of militarism.

The freedom to associate and assemble.

The freedom to travel between jurisdictions and live and work where ever one wants without political hindrance.

Free Enterprise Economics

The freedom to choose any kind of honest work or business without the obstacles of invasive regulations.

No restrictions on trade.

No license requirements for anything that one has a right to do.

The right to the fruit of one's labor, Freedom from taxation

The right to integrity of private property ownership; freedom from imposed regulations.

Unrestricted freedom of expression in all its forms.

A belief in the value of close functioning communities.

Enjoyment of cultural freedom; to be free to live by one's own choice of nationality or other cultural orientation and to be free to use one's resources to organize with others to create the kind of culture that one wants to support one's own values.

Complete freedom of religion.

Complete respect for a person's privacy.

Protection of marriage and the family.

The Libertarian non-aggression principle
One must never initiate the use of force. Human interaction should be voluntary, not coerced, the only time physical force is justified is when it is used to defend individual rights and freedom.

Free Enterprise Government without Taxes

Political-states fail in every way to provide the services that people want and need.  They fail at protecting individual rights and property, they fail to provide quality education, they fail at managing the economy, they fail as a useful and legitimate concept for government.   When someone creates of legitimate and useful form of government that is provided as a service that people want and value, they will voluntarily pay for it in the same way they pay for other goods and services.  That form of government is Libertocracy.
The Libertocracy movement is dedicated to promoting and developing free enterprise government to replace political-states.  This system can only operate properly in the free market, with free enterprise governments in competition with each other to provide the best services to attract customers.  The ways to pay for government services without taxes can be found at:
Libercratic Revenue System, Librademian Revenue System, and the Poliverian Revenue System
The system is secured through
contract insurance
